/This website is for your education and your enjoyment only. By using the website you are participating at your own risk. As part of your yoga journey it is important to select the appropriate level and benefit of class for your experience. You are encouraged to press pause when needed, to take breaks and/or when in doubt, don’t do sequences that you are even a little concerned about.
/If you feel unwell in any way or if you experience any discomfort during class, please stop the class immediately and consult your health practitioner immediately. Please take responsibility for yourself and your current abilities during your practice. Remember that each day is different, and even if yesterday you were able to perform a movement, that is no indicator that the same exercise is possible today. Please move within your comfortable limits and if you’re in any doubt whatsoever, please seek medical advice
/We are not medical practitioners and we do not seek to offer medical advice. Please consult your healthcare practitioner before starting any new exercise. This is particularly important if you have any limiting condition at all or overweight, pregnant, nursing, regularly taking medications, or have any existing medical conditions. This website may not be tailored to your current physical and mental health. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury or damage whatsoever arising from the use of this online program / website.
/Please don’t attempt any of these poses or yoga exercises if you are unsure about anything, without suitable experience or supervision. We recommend that even seasoned practitioners regularly see a teacher to supervise your practice and alignment.
We recommend that you watch the class before attempting to practice to it, so that you don’t strain your neck to watch the online video.
/We find that we get best use from the class when we mostly listen to the audio.
/Make sure there’s sufficient space around you when you practice so that you’re practicing safely.
/Please do not use the website if you have used alcohol or drugs.
/ It’s best practice to only eat lightly before you practice and not eat for two hours before practice.
